1 Steamed Onion
½ Cabbage
2 Lemons – Juiced
1 Boullion Cube (vegetable based or seasoning)
1 TBSP added vegetable seasoning
1 Avocado
2 Tomatoes
1 Large Broccoli
Pinch of Celtic Salt
1 TSP Dill (or to taste)
1 Cup Sprouts
2 TBSP Olive Oil (make sure it is Olive)
5 Stalks of Celery
2 Heads of Red Leaf Lettuce
3 Avocado's
1 Cucumber
½ to 1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
3 Limes – Juiced
6 Tomatoes
½ Bunch of Cilantro
1 TBSP Chile Powder
1 TBSP Ginger
1 TSP Celtic Salt (or to taste)
2 Yellow Onions
1 Bulb Garlic
*Cook onions and garlic in water until tender. 15 minutes to ½ hour. Add other ingredients and enjoy!

Juice of 2 Lemons
1 Bunch Cilantro
1 Pepper
¼ Cup Pecans
1TSP Salt
Sprouts
5 Tomatoes
2 Peppers, Yellow or Red
½ Avocado
Juice of 1½ Lemons
1TSP Salt
½ tsp Zip mild or Chili Powder
Basil to taste
5 Stalks of Celery
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 Bunch of Celery
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 or 2 Tomatoes
1 Avocado
*Blend everything up in a Vitamix Blender. Add chopped cilantro, basil, or other fresh herbs. Garnish with chopped avocado.
