1 Cup Soaked Nuts
1 Cup Water Blend Well
Add 2 Cups Water
Squeeze Through Cheesecloth
Add 1 TBSP Date Paste
1 TSP Vanilla
½ TSP Cinnamon
2 Frozen Bananas
Grate Nutmeg on Top

Cooling Drink

Swiss Chard
Stevia Leaves

Apple-Lemon Drink

2 or 3 apples with seeds
2 whole lemons without rind
1 inch piece of ginger
1 clove garlic
Fresh cilantro
