Holly's Morning Shake

 

I notice that not everyone knows how great all the products are. Many people only take Body Balance. I love each product more than the other one. They are all my favorite. I have been doing the shake below for years and it's a delicious way to get the benefit of the other products.

People remark that they feel better, have more energy, eat less, sleep less, their emotional well-being evens out, they have improved memory ability to focus, and that their food cravings diminish and often disappear completely. If people feel better they are more likely to share it with friends, which increases BV. Sounds like a win/win to me.

Holly's recipe for a delicious morning shake:

1st take the Body Balance alone on an empty stomach while making your shake. I take 8 oz of Body Balance a day just because I love feeling terrific.

Shake Ingredients:
This shake is one of the highlights of my day. It's just delicious to me. You know how we look forward to our Body Balance? Well, multiply that out a few times........and that's how I feel, stable, ready for action, and yet a deep sense of peace inside. I call it The Zone.

Additions to Shake:

 

Evening Drink Before Bed:

Shake well in lidded jar and drink. This makes for a good night's rest and a good elimination in the morning.

Any ingredients that you are unfamiliar with, ask your health food store or Google it.

You now know that you have given your body everything it needs for the day.
